Product Manager, Marketplace Listing - TikTok Local Services

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy for Local Services listing growth and maturity, including competitive-gap expansion, demand-driven assortment growth, BML price-comparison capabilities, and listing-tier strategies; improve supply coverage and listing sell-through.
• Design and operate incentive & leveling programs that move merchants up the listing ladder.
• Match tailored listing playbooks to segmented user goals and business scenarios; use data and research to spot trends, surface opportunities, and build actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with Operations, Consumer Product, Merchandising, Creator, and Search teams to align listing-stage tactics and merchant rewards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years product or strategy experience in marketplace listings, merchant growth, or pricing domain.

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured product specs and ship them.

• Being familiar with Axure, XMind and other major tools and able to turn ideas into clear user flows, crisp PRDs, and actionable tech specs.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with global content or commerce platforms.

• Prior experience launching new SKUs or listings in international markets.

• Local services or traveling industrial experiences.
