  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of Net Suite customizations, integrations, workflows, and enhancements

  • Provide technical and architectural leadership for Net Suite and adjacent systems, ensuring best practices, performance, and data integrity

  • Manage third-party contractors and vendors on complex ERP and integration initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control

  • Lead and support ERP integrations across the enterprise, including EDI and third-party platforms

  • Establish and maintain strong governance around documentation, testing, deployments, and change management

  • Drive continuous improvement across ERP processes, tooling, and team workflows

  • Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership

  • Support system reliability and scalability as the business continues to grow and evolve

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications, or IT systems roles, with increasing leadership responsibility

  • Strong background in Accounting, Finance, and/or IT applications, with a deep understanding of ERP-driven business processes

  • Hands-on experience with Net Suite, including customizations, integrations, and platform governance

  • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, including developers and analysts

  • Experience managing third-party contractors and vendors on complex IT or ERP projects

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams

  • Experience leading or supporting EDI integrations and data flows across enterprise systems

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Net Suite, Coupa, Anaplan, WMS, and/or Workday in a multi-system enterprise environment

  • Experience leading ERP or enterprise system implementations, re-architectures, or major enhancements

  • Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, and financial operations workflows

  • Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Strong documentation, governance, and operational discipline

  • Experience with data integration pipelines such as Amazon MWAA and/or Astronomer

  • SOX compliance experience related to ITGC, Application Controls, Audit and Testing across enterprise systems
