Senior Process Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating tax software with internal applications, ensuring alignment with the latest tax regulations, and providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role also requires strong problem-solving abilities, a keen willingness to learn, and the capability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this role as a Senior Process Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Integrate tax software solutions seamlessly with internal applications
- Ensure applications are updated in line with evolving tax laws and regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues, implement timely fixes, and manage updates across multiple environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to gather requirements and address concerns effectively
- Respond promptly to reported issues, delivering efficient and reliable resolutions
- Meet assigned targets and goals through accurate execution and effective planning
- Develop and execute test cases and test plans for software updates and system integrations
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, updates, and resolutions
About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Process Associate, if you have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Tax software's like Gosystem, Ultra Tax, CCH Axcess or Lacerte
- Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred
- Basic understanding and familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage
- Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required
- Comfortable working in 8:30 am to 5:30 PM IST shift timings
- Working days will be Monday to Friday but during the tax season you are required to work Monday to Saturday, and shift may change basis the business requirement
