About the Role
As a Senior Analyst – Controls Automation & AI Compliance, you'll elevate how we design, test, and scale compliance controls by applying automation, analytics, and next‑generation tooling.
- Lead the automation of compliance controls, including evidence collection, validation, and reporting
- Design and deploy automation solutions—including AI agents—to gather evidence, validate inputs, trigger workflows, and generate preliminary control assessments
- Partner closely with internal assessors and auditors to identify automation opportunities and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions
- Build and maintain Python‑ and JSON‑based automation scripts, models, and decision workflows
- Ensure all automated solutions meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements, enabling continuous monitoring and audit readiness
- Document automation workflows, logic, design decisions, and validation processes to support transparency and auditability
- Support the evolution of governance, risk, and compliance practices by contributing to the design, testing, documentation, and implementation of audit and controls modernization
About You
You're a hands‑on, forward‑thinking compliance professional who's excited about using technology—especially automation and AI—to modernize the audit lifecycle. You communicate clearly, lead with curiosity, and enjoy working across technical and non‑technical teams.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience with regulatory compliance programs (SOX 404, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO standards, PCI, etc.) and hands‑on control scoping, testing, and evidence assessment using tools like Sure Cloud, Metric Stream, or One Trust
- Strong technical skills across compliance workflows, including experience with APIs, Python, JSON, and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and COBIT, plus experience auditing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle preferred)
- Leadership experience, including mentoring, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across compliance or audit teams
- Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex compliance and technical concepts clearly, participate in reviews, and influence decisions
- A learning mindset with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities, along with exposure to audit automation and quality best practices
- 5+ years of IT audit experience (Big 5 or financial services preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related fields—or equivalent experience in related fields
