About the Role

As a Senior Process Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and city tax returns in accordance with client-specific instructions and deadlines
  • Make corrections and adjustments to tax returns based on reviewer feedback
  • Assist in the development and preparation of in-house training materials
  • Support team members by resolving tax-related queries and providing guidance as needed
  • Participate in induction programs and attend tax update training sessions as required
  • Perform document verification in SPbinder, when applicable
  • Effectively communicate and present information and respond to queries from managers and clients in a clear and professional manner

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Process Associate, if you have:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in U.S. taxation
  • Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of key tax concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of both U.S. and Indian taxation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
  • Practical exposure to various aspects of taxation
  • Good understanding of applicable tax rates and laws
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and address their queries professionally
  • Comfort working in 8:30 am to 5:30 PM IST shift timings
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with Monday to Saturday during tax season; shift may change based on business requirement
