How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development, preparation, and delivery of customer values alignment materials as it pertains to ESG commitments and programs.
• Support the development of criteria and governance for ESG content, ensuring alignment with company-level commitments, policies, and disclosures.
• Assist with researching, tracking, monitoring, and complying with customer ratings, awards and social impact partners.
• Conduct ad hoc research on best practices and trends in social impact and ESG-related fields.

Start Date: Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.

Compensation: Our Undergraduate internships offer an hourly rate between**$18.50 - $28.75** dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).

How will you get here?

• Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety, or Global Health Policy and graduating between December 2026 - June 2027.
• Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.
• Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status. Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $16.78–$25.16.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
