At Thermo Fisher Scientific Mazères‑sur‑Salat site, we design, assemble, and qualify measurement instruments and components for laboratory analysis and process control. Here, industrial excellence meets metrological rigor: our teams develop, test, and calibrate reliable solutions for pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, environmental monitoring, and research. From production to maintenance—plus logistics for parts and consumables—we deliver performance, traceability, and high‑level technical support, helping our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Location : Mazères‑sur‑Salat site

Duration : 1 year contract

DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and monitor the change management process on site according to (local and) division requirements and processes.
• Implementation and support of projects: introduction of new and modifications of existing products, changes of raw materials, costs improvements, packaging changes, change of process conditions, process transfer, warranty/claims etc.
• Reporting on the results of experiments in electronic form.
• Create and update the raw material documentation (RM, PS).
• Implementation, analysis and reporting of filter tests and filter capsules.
• Measurement of plastic brackets and other filter parts.
• Analysis of products according to the needs of customers.
• Cooperation with production, quality, process and other supporting functions in France and abroad.
• Planning and monitoring of laboratory and production experiments.
• Apply the processes (Quality management systems) of the division
• Coach other engineers / technicians and proactively monitor changes on site in accordance with local processes and standards and those of the FSD Division.
• Deploy the change management culture on site requested by the FSD Division

REQUIREMENTS:

• Skills and knowledge of working in a physical and chemical laboratory and manufacturing plant.
• Skills in project management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of the statistical software Minitab.
• Openness, flexibility, communication skills and the will to develop.
• Communication English in language and writing.
• Knowledge of document management software (ideally PLM)
• Leadership and pedagogy

Other desirable skills

• Knowledge of the basic filtering mechanisms used in Thermo Fisher FSD products.
• Knowledge of problems related to customers in the healthcare market.
