Job Description:As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will contribute to meaningful work that drives commercial impact and strengthens how we engage customers, sales teams, and leadership through modern digital content. How will you make an impact?The Digital Creative Manager will serve as a dedicated, U.S.-based resource responsible for developing high-quality video, visual, and creative assets that support demand generation, sales enablement, leadership communication, and internal engagement. This role will partner closely with sales and marketing leadership to deliver fast, culturally aligned, and AI-optimized content that elevates brand presence, improves digital performance, and reduces reliance on external agencies.

A Day in the Life:

  • Produce year-round promotional videos, influencer and campaign photography and videography for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create customer-facing AI-driven video content to showcase products, applications, and technical concepts optimized for digital visibility and engagement.
  • Capture on-site photography and videography at leadership meetings, sales meetings, and internal events across the U.S. and/or globe as required.
  • Develop custom audio and visual assets for training, marketing, and internal communications.
  • Design custom PowerPoint templates and presentation visuals for internal use and customer-facing engagements.
  • Support sales meetings with creative assets including videos, photography, training materials, and custom visuals.
  • Develop creative concepts aligned to commercial initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
  • Create custom trackers, visuals, and digital assets for sales incentives, initiatives, and SPIFF programs.
  • Deliver same-day or next-day turnaround on priority creative and video requests as business needs require.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams in a highly iterative environment.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design. Preferred Fields of Study: Graphic Design, Visual Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, photography, and motion graphics.
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales enablement, or demand generation initiatives preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage fast turnaround creative production in a business environment.
  • Experience working with AI-driven content creation or optimization tools is strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong command of visual storytelling, tone, pacing, and creative execution aligned to U.S. audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and creative production tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong creative judgment and brand awareness.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work on-site in the United States and travel domestically as required to support meetings and events.

Travel

  • Moderate travel (25%) required to support sales meetings, leadership events, and on-site content capture.
  • This position is site-based in Carlsbad, California

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$130,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
