  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Participate in the Instrument R&D leadership team, contributing to broader organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience preferred, ideally previous experience as a manager and leader within product development

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in regulated environments

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

  • Deep technical expertise in relevant domains, including methods, technologies, instruments, software, and computer aids used within the department

  • Experience from IDD (Immunodiagnostics Division) products and processes is highly meriting

  • Proven ability to develop and mentor technical talent

  • Experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and CAPA processes

  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a responsive environment

  • Change management and continuous improvement experience

  • Track record of driving innovation and technology advancement

  • Willingness to travel as needed (percentage not specified)
