DESCRIPTION:

The PMO Project Contracting Co-Ordinator serves as a central operational resource within Clinical Development, playing a critical role in supporting the administrative and logistical processes involved in the setup and management of contracts in relation to R&D programs (e.g. Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role ensures consistent and reliable support, enabling key stakeholders to focus on advancing development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the single point of contact for colleagues regarding contract setup, purchase order creation, and invoice follow-up.

· Manage interactions and workflows within the iHUB tool, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

· Develop fluency in relevant business processes, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to ensure smooth operations.

· Demonstrate project management qualities to effectively coordinate across a range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and swift follow-up.

· Maintain a strong understanding of financial processes related to contracting, invoicing, and tracking.

· Continuously explore and propose improvements to ways of working, contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Proven experience in contract administration, project coordination, or financial operations within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.

· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

· Familiarity with tools such as iHUB or similar workflow management platforms.

· Understanding of financial and procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.

· Proactive, curious mindset with a drive for process improvement.
