Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of transactional activities within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This role supports invoice validation and processing (2-way, 3-way, and non-PO), mailbox management, vendor portal activities, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and established procedures.

The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to internal controls, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of invoice-related inquiries while maintaining operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

• Executing accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices (2-way, 3-way, and non-PO).

• Performing proper invoice validation and system document entry in COUPA and/or relevant ERP platforms in accordance with company policies and payment terms.

• Identifying and supporting the resolution of invoice discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Managing assigned legacy Accounts Payable mailboxes with professionalism and due diligence.

• Supporting vendor portal activities while maintaining high service standards.

• Adhering strictly to internal controls, compliance standards, and turnaround time targets.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.

Qualifications

• Senior High School (SHS) graduate required.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or related transactional roles.

• Internship or OJT exposure to accounting processes may be considered as relevant experience.

• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).

• JD Edwards, SAP and/or COUPA experience is a plus.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
