As a QA Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will lead an ambitious team in delivering flawless quality assurance processes. Your work will directly compete with the best in the industry, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate daily QA operations
  • Implement and monitor strict quality protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage client and internal quality audits and regulatory inspections
  • Reviews quality metrics and audit findings
  • Reviews SOPs and provides training
  • Contributes to performance management of staff
  • Enhance quality awareness and compliance
  • Staff Management of a small team
  • Lead with the voice of Quality

Keys to Success:

  • Proven leadership in quality assurance
  • Ability to successfully implement QA processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a QA role
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Track record of successful process improvements
  • Experience in staff management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Essential – experience of GLP/GCP
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
