Job Description
As Supply Chain Manager, you will build and scale the local supply chain infrastructure to support the subsidiary’s sustainable growth. You will lead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability in support of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As part of the data infrastructure initiative, you will help integrate supply chain operations with finance and customer engagement systems, working cross-functionally to optimize inventory, enhance service levels, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Build and scale the supply chain infrastructure to support business growth and service excellence.
- Define and execute supply chain strategy balancing efficiency, cost, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a small logistics team while collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Finance.
- Implement systems and continuous improvement initiatives to increase visibility, reduce lead times, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years’ experience in supply chain management (advanced degree and certifications such as APICS / Lean Six Sigma a plus)
- Proven experience building and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand & supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP
- Hands-on leadership experience managing small, high-performing teams in a growth environment
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytical tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success driving KPIs for service, inventory, and cost optimization, supported by strong project and change management skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries preferred.
- willingness to travel up to 10%
