Description:

Join our Manufacturing Engineering team supporting the production of advanced XRF and OES spectrometers.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supporting daily manufacturing operations, solving technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement activities. It’s a great opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to gain practical experience in a high-tech production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production by troubleshooting technical and quality issues

• Analyze non-conforming parts and help determine root causes

• Work with suppliers on technical issues and corrective actions

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and R&D teams

• Participate in process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives

• Support introduction of new products into manufacturing

• Help develop and improve assembly fixtures and test tools

• Maintain technical documentation and follow change control processes

Must-Have Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on, proactive attitude

• Good communication skills in English (at least B1)

• Basic knowledge of CAD tools

• Willingness to work in a production/cleanroom environment

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 kg with assistance

• Driver's license B is preferred, occasional travel by car may occur
