-
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on P2P processes, payment policies, controls, and systems.
-
Serve as the primary escalation point for payment-related queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high service levels.
-
Manage and oversee disbursement activities, including payment runs, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant vendor payments.
-
Review and approve payments on a daily basis in accordance with internal controls and approval matrices.
-
Ensure VAT and tax-related payments are executed accurately and on time.
-
Maintain oversight of payment execution performance, including quality of payment runs and issue management.
-
Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of AP and payment systems and resolving system issues.
-
Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
-
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
-
Perform compliance and investigative activities, including exceptional payment reviews and root cause analysis.
-
Support the Disbursement Manager and Team Leads with ad hoc reporting and operational insights.
-
