  • In this role, you will be responsible for QPCR&CE Consumable Sales based in Nanjing.

  • Consistently and accurately leads sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management and sales tracking.

  • Develops and maintains deep current knowledge of genetic analysis markets, products and buying practices.

  • Applies product and application knowledge across the division's portfolio to effectively apply consultative and strategic selling presentations.

  • Understands our customer goals, priorities and challenges such that Applied Biosystems solutions are best positioned to address customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

  • Evaluate and communicate product and service needs for assigned account

  • Complete all required administrative duties, including but not limited to all daily / weekly reports to management, maintain follow up files and communicate results.

  • Ability to apply consultative selling skills and ‘close the deal’

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a full workload

  • Articulate interpersonal skills (in person and over the phone)

Responsibilities:

  • Master degree of Bioscience is a must.
  • At least 2 years consumable selling experience in academy or biotech industry.
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers.
  • Good data analysis and biz planning skills
  • High energy, teammate and capability of working under pressure
  • Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and diligent
