Location/Division

This position is based in the United States, within our dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations Group. You will work closely with our world-class team to drive channel development initiatives.

About the Role

Join us in transforming sales operations innovations into practical solutions! As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our channel reach and ensuring our customers' success.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and implement strategic channel business plans with regional sales reps and the top franchise distributors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to determine channel partner needs for growth
  • Monitor and analyze channel and market trends to compete effectively

Keys to Success

  • Ability to successfully implement business plans with strategic channel partners
  • Proven track record in developing distribution channels
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing, channel sales or related field
  • Proven experience in channel development
  • Track record of achieving ambitious targets
  • Experience in delivering explainable analytics to external partners

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Uber analytical skills including Power BI and Excel
  • Flawless project management abilities
  • Strong understanding of marketing, supply chain and industrial channel principles

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves standard office conditions with occasional travel. You must be able to operate a computer and communicate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $68,800.00–$103,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
