Design and scale a globally consistent internship framework that strengthens experience quality, performance rigor, and retention outcomes.
-
Lead the enterprise Intern-to-FTE Conversion strategy, integrating headcount planning, standardized evaluations, streamlined offer workflows, and structured engagement to improve conversion and readiness.
Leadership Development Program Recruiting
- Own recruiting strategy and execution for LDP and GM-LDP programs in partnership with Talent Management, ensuring strong alignment between program design and enterprise capability needs.
Global Expansion & Innovation
-
Build and activate regional Early Talent playbooks across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, balancing global standards with local market strategy.
