Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

自社パッケージシステム(LIMS※)のプロジェクトをプロジェクトマネージャーとして、リード・マネージするポジションです。
国内の顧客を中心に、研究開発、品質管理など顧客の業務に合わせ、システムの要件定義、設計、開発並びにテストを行います。デリバリー後も顧客の業務拡大（機能拡張、海外の拠点追加等）、変更に合わせ、継続的にシステムの更新を行います。
プロジェクトによりますが、オンサイトでの要件定義等、出張が発生する場合があります。
※LIMSとは、研究開発、品質管理などの分野で活用されている、ラボ情報管理システムです。

Job Description:

【業務内容】
・弊社パッケージシステムのプロジェクト管理
・ 顧客のプロジェクトへの期待を理解し、状況に応じた適切なコミュニケーション
・プロジェクトに関わる資料作成（プロジェクト計画、WBS、スケジュール等）
・ローカル・グローバルチームと連携してタスク・リソース・課題の管理
・プロジェクト中に発生する問題やリスクの特定・解決

【必須（MUST）】

・複数のITプロジェクトマネジメント経験を有し、お客様チームを含めプロジェクト全体を統括し進めていけるコミュニケーション力、リーダーシップ
・顧客との要件定義を行う高いコミュニケーション能力
・英語でのWeb会議、プレゼンができる英語力

Key Responsibilities

• Project management for our packaged systems
• Understand customer project expectations and communicate appropriately according to the situation
• Prepare project-related documents (project plans, WBS, schedules, etc.)
• Collaborate with local and global teams to manage tasks, resources, and issues
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during the project

Required Requirements

• Experience managing multiple IT projects, with the communication and leadership skills to coordinate and advance the entire project, including the client team
• High communication skills for defining requirements with customers
• English proficiency sufficient for web conferencing and presentations in English

• System design and development experience
• Understanding the business of quality control
• Knowledge of computer system validation
• Remote project management experience
• Certifications: PMP, etc.
