Thermo Scientific Microbiology Sdn Bhd, Melaka, Melaka.

How Will You Make an Impact?:
You will contribute directly to the production of high-quality microbiology products that support critical healthcare and laboratory testing worldwide. By following SOPs, maintaining ISO standards, and supporting production efficiency, you help ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

• Perform production activities according to approved SOPs, batch records, and safety requirements.
• Handle materials, equipment, and cleaning activities to support smooth production flow and quality compliance.
• Report abnormalities, support troubleshooting, and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Education: (NA or APAC)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education: (EMEA)
SPM or equivalent qualification is required. A Technical Certificate, Vocational Training, or relevant Apprenticeship in manufacturing, laboratory, or related technical fields is an added advantage.

Experience:

Required: No previous work experience required
Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of production processes, quality awareness, and attention to detail.
• Good teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to shift work.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to handle materials, equipment, and containers in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a controlled manufacturing environment, including shift work, PPE usage, and adherence to hygiene and safety requirements.
