1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 3:00PM

The Senior Test Technician position will be responsible for assembly, alignment, testing, and packaging of various complex scientific instruments to support the production and shipping goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assembly, alignment, and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards while consistently meeting productivity goals.
  • Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.
  • Trained in all areas of a production cell and able to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and other support functions. Contributes to a positive team culture.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience with test result analysis in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated prior success as a trainer and peer leader.

Physical Requirements:

  • May require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
