Discover Impactful Work:

Ensure the compliance of the qualification activities with all corporate quality standards, with customers’ requirements with the current regulations, through the coordination of the validation team.

A day in the Life:

• Support the Manager in preparing and proposing the budget related to our validation team activities.
• Manage the offers from external suppliers and consultants in accordance with departmental standards.
• Lead the validation team in order to ensure the execution of the qualification activities in compliance with protocols, company procedures, GMP, ALCOA and the main regulations.
• Review the documentation produced by the team.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers to share the qualification strategy with them.
• Support the Quality Department in the preparation of Audits and Inspections.
• Ensure the continuous updating of SOPs, qualification procedures and protocols in compliance with current regulations (laws, European and international GMP standards etc.).

Keys to Success:

Education

• Technical / Scientific Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, CTF, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry)

Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical industries
• Previous experience in team management
• At least 5 years’ experience in Validation Department

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge of the main pharmaceutical machines/systems
• Fluent in English
• Good Team-worker
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic systems such as Documentum and Trackwise
• Be prepared to work with conflicting priorities, under time constraints and in a dynamic team environment
