Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE:

The role supports departmental operations by performing assigned activities in accordance with instructions provided by the Manager and/or Department Lead. All tasks are carried out following completion of the required training and in compliance with company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Batch Records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper inclusion of all required supporting documentation.

• Support the execution and progression of manufacturing activities, including the uploading and downloading of documentation through designated information systems.

• Generate and print daily particulate monitoring alarm reports for the sterile manufacturing area.

• Assist Supervisors in the management, filing, and archiving of SOPs and departmental training records.

• Complete Batch Records and all relevant departmental documentation related to assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Lower secondary school diploma (middle school certificate)
