Position Purpose:
The Pro Platform Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of Salesforce or Anaplan within the Home Depot Pro organization. The Pro Platform Administrator role involves extensive customization and optimization of Salesforce or Anaplan to achieve the needs and objectives of the Pro business, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders. In addition, the Pro Platform Administrator provides consultation and subject matter expertise to streamline business processes, makes recommendations to support scaling at a rapid pace, and maintains a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- 20% - Collaboration
- Collaborate with the business and cross-functional partners to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements necessary to achieve Pro business goals.
- 70% - Platform Management
- Customize Salesforce or Anaplan to effectively conduct Pro business processes and workflows. Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles within Salesforce or Anaplan. Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards or models to provide actionable insights into business data. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce or Anaplan to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
- 10% - Teach, Train, Develop
- Consult and provide subject matter expertise by developing training plans, materials, and documentation for users to help them effectively use Salesforce. Coordinate new and ongoing user training sessions.

- This Position typically reports to the Manager
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Working Knowledge of Jira
- Working Knowledge of Agentforce
- Enterprise level Salesforce experience (1000+ users)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Preferred Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
