Texas Health Azle is a 36-bed, community-based hospital serving the tri-county area since the 1950s. We provide exceptional care to the suburban areas of Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown and surrounding areas.

We’re accredited through The Joint Commission for disease specific care of Chest Pain patients and we are accredited through the Texas Department of Health & Human Services as a Level IV Support Stroke facility, a Level IV Trauma Center and a Pathways to Excellence-designated hospital. We specialize in outpatient surgery, rehabilitative physical and hand therapy, and advanced imaging like mammography and CT scanning. Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or:

Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref:

Experience
1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse Req

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And:

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Req And
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 Months Req
