本職はテスラ日本の住宅用エネルギー製品プロダクトエンジニアリングチームに所属し、パワーウォールやウォールコネクターを中心とする製品の設置前・設置後サポート業務を担当します。チームは新製品・新機能の日本上陸、新市場展開を支援するほか、製品が関連する品質・安全基準を満たすよう設置を保証する役割を持っています。あなたの主な業務は、顧客やパートナー向けに多様な形式の技術コンテンツの作成、現地化、配布を行い、チームの業務をサポートすることです。
本職を遂行するには電気工学の基礎的な知識が必要ですが、すべての技術分野において専門的な達人レベルを求めるものではありません。技術的な概念を正しく理解し、分かりやすく伝達する能力が重視され、作成するコンテンツが対象層のニーズに応えられることが核心的な要求です。
