Join Tesla's dynamic Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team as a Sr. EHS Specialist focused on Construction for our Charging Infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll drive EHS process excellence and risk reduction across our expanding charging network and energy products in the EMEA region. Reporting to the EHS Director, Energy and Charging, you'll help establish and sustain world-class standards while collaborating with regional leadership, engineering teams, regulatory bodies, front-line operations, installation partners, vendors, and more to foster continuous improvement in design, deployment, and operations.
We're seeking a self-motivated professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, responds proactively to concerns from market leaders, managers, and employees, and embodies strong leadership, organizational, communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. At Tesla, you'll work in a fast-paced, innovative setting where exceptional contributions are recognized and rewarded. This position is based in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or France, with up to 30% regional travel—offering opportunities to explore diverse markets while advancing sustainable energy solutions.
