Business Strategy & Analysis Manager

Ti Mi is part of Tencent Games and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China with offices in Los Angeles, Montreal, Seattle, Shanghai and Chengdu. It strives to create high quality, high fidelity, highly creative games across a wide variety of genres and multiple platforms.

What the Role Entails:

Track industry trends in gaming and conduct in-depth analysis on business models, product innovation, and market environments to support executive decision-making.
Provide strategic recommendations for key game projects or special initiatives, design actionable plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive implementation.
Conduct deep-dive analysis based on game product operations data and business model forecasting, continuously delivering strategic insights to business teams.
Develop structured research outputs and methodologies for gaming-related topics and help build a talent pipeline for business analysis.

Who We Look For:

3+ years of relevant experience. Background in top-tier consulting, VC, or PE firms is preferred. Deep understanding of cutting-edge trends in the gaming industry is a plus.
Strong strategic foresight, with the ability to initiate and lead complex analytical and strategic insight projects across departments or business lines.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to drive efficient execution of strategy. Team management experience is a plus.
Strong structured thinking and clear articulation, with a strong sense of business ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.
