Your Role
This is a fix term position with an option to extend.
We are looking for a great Technical Recruiter who will co-lead all TA activities and initiatives, and help us grow! This is an exciting opportunity to find, attract and hire new top-notch talents and create a great impact on the company’s future from day 1!
This role has a unique combination of planning and building our core strategy for hiring top talent in the Israeli market, Hands-On recruiting and managing E2E processes, partnering with our business leaders, and creating a top-notch candidate experience and brand awareness.

Your Opportunity

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse technical roles, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Develop and execute multi-channel search strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent.

Serve as strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, profile calibration, and data-driven guidance on hiring decisions.

Facilitate a premium interview journey, from initial screening and assessments to final offer negotiations and closing.

Prioritize building diverse pipelines at every stage, ensuring unbiased consideration and equal opportunity for all candidates.
What You'll Need
-
3+ years of experience in an in-house, full-cycle recruitment role within a fast-paced, high-growth technological environment.

At least 1-2 years of expertise in deep-sourcing, talent mapping, and utilizing advanced tools beyond standard LinkedIn searches.

Solid background in hiring for complex technical roles, including Software Engineering, R&D, Research, and Product.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and provide creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance competing demands and prioritize flow effectively.

Previous experience recruiting for SaaS companies; a background in the Cybersecurity domain is a significant advantage.
