Who We Are:

Temporal is a Solana native Research & Development firm. We have been at the bottom of the Solana trenches for years working on open source code alongside core teams, developing on chain products, and running some of the highest performing validators. Our team has deep experience in high frequency trading and low latency systems.

The Role:

Temporal is hiring a Solana Engineer with deep expertise in Rust and trading. In this role, you’ll work on writing highly efficient programs and high frequency trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain core programs and trading strategies on Solana

  • Architect upgradeable Solana programs using robust account models

  • Optimize contracts for compute unit efficiency and high throughput

Requirements:

  • Deep experience writing production Solana programs

  • Strong expertise in Rust

  • Deep understanding of Solana’s account model, PDAs, and program architecture

  • Experience optimizing compute units

  • Strong understanding of market making and trading systems

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Pinocchio,Assembly, and low-level Solana program design

  • Experience working on high-performance or latency-sensitive systems
