About the Role:
As an Associate Promotions Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the activation of price and promotional messaging across paid marketing channels, including our Weekly Ad. Your work will directly support key business priorities by driving trips, growing sales, and reinforcing Target’s value perceptions. You’ll ensure a seamless, accurate, and consistent guest experience while collaborating across teams to bring affordability marketing to life.
Scope of Work:

Lead final validation across campaign and DWA through routing routines to ensure promotional content is accurate and consistent across guest-facing channels.

Manage the activation of Target’s Weekly Ad, aligning business priorities and connectivity with seasonal campaigns.

Act as a connector between Business and Creative teams, aligning on product details, timelines, and deliverables.

Implement in-season promotional updates in response to evolving business needs.

Mitigating live discrepancies by managing resolution efforts to ensure we have the right creative, product and promotion.
About You:

College degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience

3+ years of Marketing experience
-
Detail and deadline oriented
-
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/workstreams
-
Approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness
-
Flexible approach based on priorities
-
Drives alignment through ambiguity and change

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
