Compensation

The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

About the Role

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target's core values.

As a Large Press Feeder, you will work in a collaborative environment to support the printing operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output
• Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator
• Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures
• Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary
• Provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor
• Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements
• Flex to other areas as business needs arise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
• Print Production software knowledge preferred
• Skilled in handling and operating machinery
• Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
• Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets

Work Location

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
