Role Summary
Shape the next generation of investment intelligence by helping investors apply advanced AI systems to real research and portfolio challenges. As an Investment AI Adoption Specialist, you will translate cutting-edge capabilities into practical workflows across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and TRPIM. You will ensure that external and internal AI innovations become everyday advantages for all investors, improving the quality, speed, and depth of insight across the research process.
Working directly with portfolio managers, directors of research, analysts, and other investment professionals, you will guide how AI integrates into their decision making. You will deliver one-on-one coaching, refine prompt and workflow design, and help investors choose the right tools for each task, from research discovery to agentic workflows. By improving answer quality and shaping best practices, you will strengthen the reliability, safety, and impact of AI-assisted investment work.
This role sits at the center of a high-profile transformation of how T. Rowe Price conducts research and generates insight. Partnering closely with AI engineers, researchers, and product specialists, you will influence the evolution of emerging agentic capabilities while ensuring they create measurable value on the desk from day one. This is a rare opportunity to enhance the capabilities of investors, expand the role of intelligent systems in active management, and contribute to a new era of investment excellence.
