We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Analyst to join our Occupancy Planning team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, governance, and strategic usability of building and space data within our CAFM/IWMS environment.
As organizations rethink how space supports collaboration, flexibility, and performance, accurate data becomes foundational. This role ensures that our building and space data is standardized, audit-ready, and aligned with industry measurement standards enabling informed decisions around capacity, utilization, and workplace strategy.
You will serve as the system-of-record steward for spatial data, translating approved space changes into structured, governed data that supports analytics, modeling, and long-term planning.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and govern building, floor, and room data within the CAFM/IWMS platform
- Translate approved moves, renovations, restacks, and capacity adjustments into accurate system updates
- Interpret and validate AutoCAD drawings to ensure alignment between physical layouts and system data
- Apply and uphold building naming, numbering, and classification standards
- Ensure compliance with BOMA measurement standards for space reporting and benchmarking
- Conduct ongoing data quality audits and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Partner cross-functionally with Occupancy Planning, Facilities, MAC, and Analytics teams to support scenario modeling and reporting needs
- Continuously improve data governance processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
What You Bring
- Experience working in a CAFM or IWMS platform (e.g., Archibus, TRIRIGA, Planon, Serraview, FM:Systems, or similar)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret architectural floor plans
- Working knowledge of BOMA standards and space measurement principles
- Understanding of occupancy planning concepts, including capacity modeling and space utilization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Information Management or related field (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Experience with data mining and/or reporting. (Preferred)
Why This Role Matters
Workplace strategy is only as strong as the data behind it. In this role, you will help build the trusted data foundation that enables smarter space decisions, improved utilization, and a more adaptive workplace portfolio.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a forward-looking occupancy planning function where data governance is not just operational—but strategic.
