This role will be a key player within the Digital Growth team.

The Digital Content Coordinator supports the execution of integrated cross-channel digital campaigns by managing day-to-day coordination, timelines, and deliverables across digital channels and stakeholders. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, ensuring digital activations move from planning to launch efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate brings prior experience working in digital or ecommerce marketing environments and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

The Digital Content Coordinator partners closely with Campaign Managers, Campaign Analysts, Creative teams, Ecommerce stakeholders, Business stakeholders, and external vendors and agencies to support the successful delivery of integrated digital campaigns. This role focuses on executional coordination—tracking tasks, maintaining timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring campaign readiness across digital channels. Candidates should have practical experience supporting digital campaigns and strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination & Execution

Support the execution of integrated cross-channel digital activations across ecommerce and digital channels (e.g., onsite, email, paid media, and promotional placements).

  • Manage digital campaign timelines, task tracking, and deliverables to ensure on-time and accurate execution.

  • Assist with digital campaign setup, QA, and launch readiness in partnership with Digital Campaign Managers and digital channel owners.

  • Cross-Functional Support

Serve as a coordination hub between internal teams including Ecommerce, Creative, Analytics, Product, and Sales.

  • Support communication with cross-functional teams related to assets, timelines, and approvals.

  • Schedule and facilitate digital campaign-related meetings, status updates, and reviews as needed.

  • Operational Support & Documentation

Maintain digital campaign documentation, trackers, calendars, and asset inventories.

  • Ensure digital activation details, requirements, and updates are clearly documented and shared with stakeholders.

  • Support adherence to digital platform requirements (e.g., email, site content) brand standards, messaging guidelines, and operational best practices.

  • Performance & Process Support

Assist with basic performance tracking, reporting inputs, and post-campaign wrap-ups.

  • Identify executional gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and escalate appropriately.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital activation workflows and coordination processes.

Qualifications

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, project coordination, or related roles.

  • Prior experience supporting digital or ecommerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in ecommerce, B2B, or enterprise-scale organizations.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, CMS platforms, and marketing technology systems.

  • Experience coordinating with creative teams or agencies on asset delivery and approvals.

  • Experience at identifying operational and executional issues and recommending / implementing actions to resolve problems

  • Strength in building partnerships and working collaboratively in a matrixed organization

  • History of proactively sharing appropriate level of information across teams

  • Active listener and strong interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Professional attitude, service orientation, strong work ethic; superb team player

  • A self-starter that excels in a fast-paced environment

  • Good Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point skills

  • Experience with a project management tool e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.

Decision Making Authority

Decisions to be made independently without direction or supervision:

Make decisions across a variety of tasks to continue to drive progress on execution of cross-channel digital campaigns, and campaign calendar.

Decisions made with review/approval of other individuals/leadership:

Campaign prioritization, areas where support is needed to drive alignment, or campaign design that diverge from original campaign brief will need review/approval. The development of campaign calendar and campaign design will also be done collaboratively and require stakeholder alignment.
