We are looking for a high-impact Senior Marketing Designer to bring to life our brand through various marketing channels. In a 0→1 environment, design is our most powerful tool for building immediate trust and emotional resonance with our users. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive, premium brand experience across every touchpoint—from high-converting landing pages to viral social assets, emails, out of home billboards, and performance-driven ad creative.

  • As a member of the Consumer Team, you will partner closely across marketing
  • Lifecycle, Performance Marketing, Brand and Social Media to turn complex psychological concepts into simple, stunning, and effective visual narratives. You aren't just making things look "pretty"; you are designing for business and user value impact.

The consumer team is a newly formed team that is building the future of D2C mental health from scratch. The team is a lean, fast-moving team tasked with taking our newest product from stealth to launch within the next few months. We’re currently in the 'pre-launch' phase, looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want the autonomy to help drive growth for the product from day zero.
