What you will do As Executive and Administrative Assistant you will serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager, enabling the effective execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment, and optimizing internal communication. This role acts as an integrator across teams, leads the coordination of corporate events, follows up on executive meetings and ensures continuity in decision-making. This position has one direct report.
Key responsibilities:

Manage the General Manager’s calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and proactively communicating updates.

Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for executive and leadership meetings.

Follow up on action items and tasks derived from leadership sessions and strategic reviews.
-
Coordinate logistics for internal and external executive meetings and events.
-
Plan and execute corporate events, town halls, and team-building sessions aligned with company goals.

Draft and distribute internal communications, presentations, and key organizational updates.

Support the tracking and prioritization of strategic initiatives and time management for the General Manager.

Generate expense reports, manage travel arrangements, and oversee related administrative processes.
What you need Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably within multinational environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and Share Point.

Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
-
Experience coordinating travels, corporate events and executive meetings.
Preferred:
-
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
-
Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
-
Experience using Concur, JDE or similar systems.
Travel Percentage: 10%
