What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements

• Record, analyze, and report accounting transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards

• Execute internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements

• Manage accounting and reporting activities within ERP and financial reporting systems

• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners

• Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries

• Take ownership of assigned legal entities within scope

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness

• Provide coaching and support to team members when required

What do you need

• Min.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting:

• 2–3 years of experience in GL accounting role

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of US GAAP
