What You Will Do

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

• Review and optimize processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and meet current requirements.

• Manage monthly event budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial justifications.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely reporting to measure event success.

• Ensure compliance with country regulations, GDPR, SOX, FCPA, and internal quality policies in all event activities.

• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Product Managers to conduct regular event reviews and identify improvement opportunities.

• Leverage virtual event platforms to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive continuous improvement and maximize impact.

What You Will Need

Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or related field.

• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.

Preferred

• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting for events.

• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and digital event delivery.
