What you will do

  • Coordinate marketing and sales–related educational events, both in-person and virtual.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful Medical Education programs.

  • Develop a strong understanding of products, procedures, and the competitive landscape.

  • Support curriculum design and contribute to the development of training and educational initiatives.

  • Gather, track, and analyze data and feedback from educational activities to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Understand and map customer profiles to tailor content and learning pathways effectively.

  • Assist in managing budgets and ensuring alignment with internal and external branding guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively across teams using appropriate internal and external communication tools and channels.

What you will need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Medical Education, Marketing, Product Management, Training, or related areas.

  • Professional experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors).

  • Advanced Spanish proficiency.

  • Intermediate English proficiency.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Santiago, Chile or São Paulo, Brazil.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the medical devices industry.

  • Portuguese proficiency.

Travel Percentage: 70%
