What You will do
-
Build strong relationships and demonstrate the clinical outcomes and benefits of company products to thought leaders, key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical groups, government agencies, and healthcare systems.

Educate and deliver clinical presentations and product demonstrations to clinical professors, teaching hospital faculty, residents, and students.
-
Provide accurate medical and scientific information to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
-
Support the sales team with clinical expertise to drive appropriate product adoption and usage. Plan and coordinate continuing medical education (CME) programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions for physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

Respond to medical and scientific inquiries to enhance understanding of company products and related clinical topics.

Monitor clinical trends, competitor activities, and emerging scientific evidence to support business strategy.

Lead and manage a team, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance expectations.

Define team roles and responsibilities, provide coaching, and support employee development. Participate in department planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.

Contribute to performance management, talent development, and compensation decisions.
What you need
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in clinical, medical affairs, or healthcare industry.

Prior team management experience with demonstrated leadership capability preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate scientific information effectively.
-
Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills & e xperience working with KOLs, teaching hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional environment.
Travel Percentage: 20%
