Associate Sales Representative – Vocera (Commercial Markets)
Nationwide (United States)
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by promoting and selling Stryker's Vocera products, with a focus on our Commercial Markets including Veterinary Medicine, Retail, Hospitality and Long-Term Care. You’ll assist with engaging product demonstrations, contribute to managing customer relationships, and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll participate in training programs, attend industry events, and collaborate with the sales team to help achieve business goals. This position serves as an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a more senior sales role within Stryker.
What you will do
- Promote Stryker Vocera products to appropriate staff personnel and provide excellent customer service and develop the customer relationship
- Educate and inform end users regarding the proper use and maintenance, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs
- Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service
- Assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction
- Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers
- Meet targeted annual budget objectives within your assigned geography
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record
Preferred:
- Sales and marketing internship
- Professional experience
- Excellent time management, account management, experience with reports, and customer service skills
Compensation: $65,000 base salary and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits.
Travel Percentage: 50%
