Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

What you’ll do

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) focusing on the Legal domain will be the system administrator for Stripe’s key legal systems and a key liaison between the Stripe Legal and the IT / Engineering teams. Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis:

  • Partner closely with Stripe Legal SMEs, stakeholders, and external legal vendors to identify, document, and prioritize business needs and process improvements.

  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions, translating complex legal needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams).

System Implementation & Configuration:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and configuration expert for a specialized suite of Legal Technology applications.

  • Manage and configure enterprise Legal SaaS platforms to optimize Stripe Legal’s security, workflow, and compliance needs.

  • Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Data, Reporting, & Integrations:

  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., spend analysis, entity compliance) to provide actionable insights to Legal leadership.

  • Manage and govern Legal system data, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance with data retention policies.

  • Define and manage integration requirements between Legal systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM, Internal Stripe platforms).

Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating resolutions with third-party SaaS vendor support teams.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
