Our mission is simple: to motivate people to live their best active lives. We believe in the power of movement to connect and drive people forward.
We’re hiring Product Management Interns that are in a post-graduate program, or early-career professionals who have already gained full-time work experience and are looking to deepen their product craft.
As a Product Manager Intern, you will tackle business challenges by deeply understanding the needs of individuals on the move, analyzing market trends, and aligning innovative solutions with real-world needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Research—you will support the shaping of product features and experiments that advance our mission to support movement. Through research, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving, you will develop impactful solutions that empower people to live their best active lives.
This is not a traditional undergraduate internship. We’re looking for someone who can own scoped product features and report on measurable outcomes during a 3-month internship with a possibility of full-time conversion.
YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL:
-
Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to conceptualize and refine product strategies, define requirements, and craft a clear, inspiring vision tailored to active communities.
-
Conduct user interviews, deconstruct product features, and assess market trends to translate learnings into well-defined product requirements and user stories that resonate with our customers
-
Share key concepts, qualitative insights, and analytical findings with internal stakeholders and leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
-
Develop engaging methods to communicate and champion insights across the organization, fostering a deeply informed, innovative, and user-centered product vision.
THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR:
-
MBA or graduate students currently enrolled in or recently completing a degree program
OR -
Early-career professionals with 2+ years of full-time professional experience in product management, consulting, engineering, data/analytics, operations, or a related field
OR -
Career pivoters with strong 2+ years of full-time professional experience who are transitioning into product management
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE:
-
You have 2+ years of full-time professional experience in product, consulting, engineering, data/analytics, operations, or similar fields
-
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
-
You leverage data analysis to measure outcomes and inform strategic decision making
-
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable insights and effectively influence peers and leadership.
-
You have the proven ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
-
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn how to develop product roadmaps, including defining user stories, prototyping, and writing PRDs.
-
Demonstrated ownership of projects or initiatives from idea to execution
THE SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
-
The program will be in our San Francisco, CA office with a hybrid office attendance requirement of 4 days per week
-
Housing Stipend for Summer is provided to live in SF for 3 months
-
Length of program: 10-12 weeks (Summer 2026 roughly June through August).

-
This is a paid internship.
-
You will be assigned a manager on the product team and be embedded in a current active cross functional team working on our current product roadmap.
-
There will be opportunities for full-time conversion based on performance and business need.
