Mopar Marketing Repair Portfolio & Retail Specialist

Lead the Repair Portfolio and Retail Channel strategy across the Stellantis dealer network, generating strategies to increase workshop volume, administering the repair portfolio through pricing analysis and commercial programs, and developing complementary programs to increase traffic to the workshop. Taking care of customers’ needs, analyzing market trends, pricing and competitors.

Experience:

• 5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Demonstrable experience managing repair or parts portfolios and pricing strategy.

• Demonstrable experience in a marketing area, sales and incentive program design.

• Demonstrable experience managing key accounts and dealer networks.

Technical Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluent english

• Sales & budget planning and administration

• Retail channel structure and repair portfolio management

• Sales plans follow up, pricing analysis and Kpi’s establishment
