Who we are looking for
An incoming Co-op on the team should possess a positive attitude and strong quantitative skills. The successful candidate will have an ability to work effectively with stakeholders to assist in the underwriting of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Private Credit (BDC and Direct Lending) Facilities. Further, surveillance and monitoring of the portfolio will be a core responsibility. CLO & Private Credit Lending sits within the Global Credit Finance department, which is a key driver of revenue for the Bank and has $38B of loans outstanding. The CLO & Private Credit Lending team provides loans to some of the world’s leading asset managers. The job is located in Boston, MA.

What you will be responsible for

Involvement with a wide range of activities related to credit analysis, portfolio surveillance, and reporting.

Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and legal documentation of new and existing loans.

Maintain the deal pipeline and compliance documentation.
-
Oversee loan closings by coordinating with internal and external parties.
-
Work closely with team to continue to develop industry knowledge as well as underwriting and portfolio management skills.

May also be relied upon to handle assigned projects.

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
