We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Directory and Forge Rock Directory solutions. This role involves defining and implementing new product features, deploying Forge Rock/Oracle Directory and Forge Rock IDM in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and developing standard processes for issue remediation and vulnerability management. The candidate will also contribute to maturing the operations model for long-term support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Oracle Unified Directory and Forge Rock Directory
  • Participate in defining and implementing new product features.
  • Re-design Oracle Unified Directory.
  • Deploy Forge Rock Directory and Forge Rock IDM in public cloud (AWS/Azure)
  • Will be supporting Oracle Unified Directory and Forge Rock Directory

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Forge Rock/Oracle Directories.
  • Familiarity with Java development for customization, configuration, and integration tasks.
  • Experience with Unix and Windows platforms.
  • Proficiency in automation.

Secondary Skills:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting for automation and customization.
  • Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based identity and access management solutions and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience Desired:

  • 3+ years working with any Open LDAP Product (Oracle Unified Directory, Ping Directory, Forge Rock Directory).
  • 3+ years of Unix/Linux scripting experience.
  • 3+ years working in large, complex environments (financial services experience is a plus).
