Role Overview
- Lead Oracle Financials Cloud ERP strategy and implementation across global operations.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Subject matter expertise in end-to-end financial processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, i Expense, and related modules.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology-enabled finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Manage large-scale Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial controls, SOX compliance, and global regulatory standards.
- Innovation: Champion automation, AI/ML adoption, and process optimization within Oracle ERP.
- Team Management: Lead project and operational teams, mentor managers, and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in Oracle ERP (EBS and Cloud), with7–8 years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
- Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and accounting standards.
- Proven track record in large-scale implementations for financial services organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex global environments and deliver transformation programs.
- Experience or exposure to EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools like Financial Close and Consolidation, Enterprise Data management or ARCS is highly preferred along with a strong ERP background
