State Street Price Stats— the global leader in daily inflation analytics drawn from millions of online prices and trusted by investors, economists, and central banks— is expanding its Data Management team to support current products and drive new product development. As part of our Poland‑based team, you will help enrich existing data offerings and contribute to the next generation of product innovation. Launched in 2025, SSDI develops and delivers innovative products that give clients a competitive edge through unique data sets, including State Street’s proprietary data assets. Our current offerings include the State Street Price Stats Indices—trusted by hundreds of investors and multiple central banks worldwide—and the State Street Private Capital Indices, which help investors construct and benchmark private equity and credit portfolios. Looking ahead, SSDI is pursuing an ambitious strategy to expand into additional asset classes, providing clients with in depth data on deals and portfolio companies to enhance due diligence and investment selection.

Your new role

As Data Enrichment Analyst, Officer you will be responsible for:

• Categorize website‑sourced datasets by data structure and product type, and identify opportunities to improve the process using statistical methods and AI‑driven approaches.

• Monitor the performance of statistics produced by companies to ensure consistency and quality.

• Collaborate on market studies across countries to identify key information needed to generate economic indicators.

• Facilitate the monitoring of daily index publications to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Support the Economics team in product development initiatives related to data enrichment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline.

• Working knowledge of standard economic and statistical concepts.

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as STATA, MATLAB, Python, and SQL.

• Advanced command of English language

**Minimum Salary:**​

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
