What you will be responsible for?
As a Solutions Architect (Middle Office) within the Client Enablement department, your responsibilities include:
- Shaping and implementing the firm's strategic vision concerning Middle Office capabilities and solutions, both through organic growth and partnerships.
- Providing business leadership, offering design and solution feedback, and coordinating efforts across product and development teams.
- Contributing to the short- and long-term product roadmap for enhancements.
- Building relationships as a primary client contact for gathering feedback and evaluating solutions.
- Assessing potential partnerships and assisting in managing partner relationships within the Alpha Ecosystem.
- Collaborating with technical and development counterparts to maximise team efficiency and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinating engagement among Client Management, Sales, Professional Services, Support, and internal stakeholders to boost client satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Working closely with Marketing and Product Strategy to ensure the product vision is clearly communicated and understood.
- Leading medium to large initiatives from inception through completion.

- Over 10 years in product management leadership, focusing on product planning and execution
- Extensive financial services experience, especially in middle office technology and operations management
- Hands-on Middle Office work: investment accounting, IBOR, position keeping, reconciliation, and similar tasks
- Strong analytical skills: adept at interpreting client needs and designing solutions
- Familiar with asset class behaviour across equities, fixed income, FX, OTC securities, private assets, and traditional buy-side asset types
- Understanding of order management, compliance, data, and portfolio management
- Knowledgeable about Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organisation, team planning, and mobilisation abilities
Education & Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or Business Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related)
- Advanced degree preferred
- MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA, CIPM)
